It has been called the world’s greatest fat burning workout as it is high intensity interval training which utilizes 8 exercises all done in 4 minute intervals. Tabata can be used for weight loss as well as improving overall fitness and is receiving more air and internet time than Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber combined! Modifications can be made for all fitness levels which even includes you!

Step (with Interval or Sculpt)

Yes, Step aerobics has been around since the beginning of time and combined with either muscle sculpting or interval training, has proven to be a challenging and effective total body workout.
