Platinum Access Member

Platinum Access is a monthly membership which auto renews month to month and has a commitment period of 6 just months. Once the commitment has been fulfilled there is a 30 days notice required to discontinue the monthly dues. Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by the member to Boston North Fitness Center and it may be done in person or by mail. No other forms of cancellation are accepted. All memberships are open ended until cancelled. Monthly memberships require EFT, auto deduction from a credit card, debit card or checking account. If we are unable at any time to collect payment by returned transaction, Boston North Fitness Center will impose a $25 fee in addition to the membership dues.

Total Access

Total Access is a monthly membership which auto renews month to month and requires a 12 or 24 month commitment (depending on which plan is chosen). Once the commitment has been fulfilled there is a 30 days notice required to discontinue the monthly dues. Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by the member to Boston North Fitness Center and it may be done in person or by mail. No other forms of cancellation are accepted. Total Access members who purchase class cards do so with the understanding that those cards do not expire providing their membership remains in good standing. Once a membership is cancelled any outstanding classes left on a class card are considered expired/invalid.

Personal Training Policy

All personal training done at Boston North Fitness Center is performed by independent contractors who are authorized by the club. All monetary transactions and scheduling are between the client and the independent personal trainer. Boston North Fitness Center has a cancellation policy between the club and the independent trainers (Reformers must be reserved by the trainers, hence the need for the cancellation policy) however any policies between the trainer and client are solely between those two parties.

Class Cancellations

Boston North Fitness Center requires a 2 hours notice of cancellation for classes that require sign up; otherwise class card holders will have a class deducted from their class card and Platinum Access members will be imposed a $5.00 fee.
